Draft Overcrosssing Feasibility Study

The report outlines the project’s community outreach and planning analysis to date and recommends preferred bridge landing areas and related roadway improvements that, if approved, will move into the environmental review and preliminary design phase this summer.

Selected Alignment

From the community feedback gathered at a June 7th Open House and at the East Palo Alto 29th Birthday Celebration, staff selected an alignment across Highway 101 at Newell Rd & Clarke Rd.  This location has three potential alignments, with some potential alignments having several layout options.
